Visualising the Potential of a Stunning Country House in Surrey with Photorealistic 3D Renderings 

Charles Roberts Studios was privileged to work on an extraordinary project that involved creating photorealistic 3D renderings for a stunning new country house in Surrey. Our team designed the renderings to assist in selling the property off-plan and to provide visualisation support to various stakeholders, including the main contractor and the Local Planning Authority (LPA). 

Kitchen Design Inspired by Arts and Crafts Styles 

Our team faithfully recreated the kitchen design of this country house, drawing inspiration from the arts and crafts styles of renowned architects Sir Edwin Lutyens and CFA Voysey. We included an exquisite artisan chandelier and a table reminiscent of the one at Castle Drogo in Devon, designed by Lutyens. 

Restoration of Original Charm and Craftsmanship 

Initially, the existing property was designed in the style of CFA Voysey, a highly influential architect who pioneered the arts and crafts style. To honour the house's character, the client and the architect proposed an extensive renovation to restore its original charm and craftsmanship. 

Professional Drone Photography and 3D rendering integration 

We used professional drone photography of the existing site to create the visualisations. By skillfully integrating our 3D renderings into these images, we produced visual representations that showcased the house's potential after the renovation. 

CRS Reveal Planning Slider: A Unique Tool 

Additionally, we developed a unique tool called the CRS Reveal planning slider, which allows viewers to see a side-by-side comparison of the house before and after the renovation work. This powerful feature provides a compelling way to present the transformation to potential buyers, the main contractor, and the LPA.
