Interior Visualisation

Photorealistic interior CGI for homes, developments, hotels and interior design schemes, showing a room before it is built, furnished or photographed.

Plans, mood boards and finish schedules each tell part of the story, but few clients or buyers can combine them in their heads. An interior CGI brings the architecture, joinery, furniture, materials and lighting together in one image, so a scheme can be agreed, sold or marketed with everyone seeing the same thing.

Interior CGI for London Homes and Developments

Much of our interior work is for high-end residential projects in London. We have produced interior CGI for One Hyde Park, a luxury apartment in Mayfair, reception rooms in Knightsbridge and South Kensington, and an executive bathroom in Belgravia. For developments such as Beltwood Park in Dulwich, we visualised the entrance halls, kitchens and bathrooms so the apartments could be marketed before completion. Outside London, projects include a Georgian townhouse in Edinburgh's New Town and the principal rooms at Benham Park.

What We Visualise

  • Living spaces: reception rooms, open-plan living, dining rooms, entrance halls and staircases.
  • Kitchens: for developers, kitchen designers and private clients, from bespoke joinery to show-home specifications. See kitchen CGI.
  • Bedrooms and dressing rooms: principal suites, guest bedrooms and walk-in wardrobes.
  • Bathrooms: tiling, stone, sanitaryware, mirrors and lighting, for homes, hotels and developments.
  • Pools, spas and gyms: basement pools, hydrotherapy suites and leisure spaces.
  • Hotels and hospitality: receptions, bars, restaurants and guest rooms. See hospitality visualisation.

Who It's For

Interior designers use our CGI to present schemes and get decisions on finishes before anything is ordered. Developers and agents use it to market apartments and houses before a show home exists. Architects use it to show how a space will actually feel, not just how it's laid out. Private clients use it to settle layout and material choices before a renovation. Furniture and kitchen brands use it for marketing imagery without a photoshoot.

How We Work

  1. Brief and information. We start from your plans, elevations, finish schedules, furniture references and any existing photography.
  2. 3D model. We build the room accurately, including architecture, joinery, fixtures and key furniture.
  3. Draft views. Camera positions are agreed in simple draft form before any detailed rendering.
  4. Materials, lighting and styling. We refine finishes, fabrics, daylight and artificial lighting, and dress the room to suit the market.
  5. Final images. Rendered at high resolution for brochures, websites, sales suites, presentations and planning.

Changes are straightforward at every stage, because the room exists as a model. Swapping a worktop or moving a light doesn't mean starting again.

Part of a Wider Package

Interior CGI often works alongside other material. Exterior CGI places the interior within the building, a walkthrough takes the viewer from room to room, and a property brochure brings the whole scheme together for a launch.
