Paper Yard Apartment Walkthrough, Birmingham

Paper Yard is a Hatchbury development of one and two bedroom apartments and duplexes in Birmingham's Gun Quarter, close to Snow Hill Station and a short walk from Colmore Row. We produced a 3D walkthrough of the apartments to show how the homes are arranged and finished.

The interior specification is inspired by natural materials and colours, giving the apartments a calm, Scandinavian-style character. The animation moves through the apartment so viewers can follow the layout and get a clearer sense of scale, proportion and material palette than stills can give on their own.

The film sits in the gallery of the Paper Yard website alongside the apartment and communal area CGIs. The site is aimed at investors, and the walkthrough gives them a way to see inside the homes as well as read about them.
