Set within an exceptional riverside setting, this project involved the creation of a series of high-end property CGI images to support the redevelopment of a distinguished residential site close to the River Thames. The scheme combines the restoration of an elegant period building with the introduction of a new contemporary apartment block, carefully designed to sit comfortably within its landscaped grounds and historic surroundings.

Charles Roberts Studios was commissioned to produce a suite of architectural visualisations that would clearly communicate the scale, quality, and lifestyle appeal of the proposed apartments. The imagery was intended to support both planning and marketing, helping stakeholders, investors, and prospective buyers understand the full potential of the development long before construction began.

Communicating a Sensitive Riverside Development
