Artists Impressions of Barn Conversions

Charles Roberts Studios produced a series of bird's-eye CGI images for a group of new barn conversions in West Sussex, alongside supporting interior and exterior visuals. The brief was to show how the barns would sit within their landscape and how the converted spaces would work as contemporary homes.
The elevated viewpoint makes the roof forms, building relationships and site layout easy to read in a way a ground-level image can't — useful for showing how the barns relate to each other and to the surrounding fields and planting. The exterior CGI keeps the original barn forms and materials clearly recognisable, with the modern interventions — windows, junctions, roof detailing — handled with restraint rather than as a dramatic contrast.
The interior visuals focus on how the converted spaces would actually be used: daylight, volume and material finishes are balanced to give a sense of the rooms as they'd feel day to day, rather than as a styled render.
Together, the aerial, exterior and interior imagery was produced to support both planning and marketing for the conversions.
