INEOS America's Cup Coffee Packaging Animation

A product animation of proposed coffee packaging for INEOS Team UK, created as part of an America's Cup campaign concept.

The packaging was still a design proposal at this stage. The animation gave stakeholders a way to see it as a finished, tangible product before anything went into production.

The design

The packaging uses a dark graphic treatment, technical linework and Union Jack detailing. Together they connect the coffee brand to the precision, performance and British identity of the INEOS sailing team.

The animation

Building the packaging in 3D meant it could be shown from several angles, with full control over camera movement, lighting, materials and presentation. The print finish and the form of the pack could be judged together, rather than from flat artwork alone.

Once the model exists, it can also be reused for stills or further design iterations.
