The One Million Mosaic Pool

We are excited to share with you one of the original concept swimming pool 3d renderings we created for the Gianni Versace residence in the heart of South Beach on Ocean Drive, Miami.

In 1997, Charles Roberts Studios was approached to help visualise what would become 'The One Million Mosaic Pool'. The pool formed part of a garden design by Sir Roy Strong and features a Neptune fountain and a beautiful pebble path with a Medusa.

This stunning pool features thousands of 24-carat gold tiles inspired by Versace's 'Marine Vanita' collection and is truly a work of art. The pool was initially made in Italy and shipped in pieces to Miami.

The residence is now a 10-bedroom boutique hotel The Villa Casa Casuarina.
