Springfield Farm, Langham: CRS Reveal for a Redundant Agricultural Site

Springfield Farm in Langham is a redundant agricultural site proposed for redevelopment as six new dwellings. We produced a CRS Reveal to support the planning application, using a drone photograph of the existing site and a matching CGI aerial view of the proposed scheme, shown from the same viewpoint.

The photograph shows the site as it stands, a group of disused agricultural buildings set within farmland and mature tree cover. The CGI, taken from the same angle, shows the proposed layout of six houses arranged around a shared access road, with the surrounding hedgerows and boundary trees retained.

Viewing both from a single fixed aerial position makes it easy to compare the existing and proposed conditions directly, which is useful for assessing how the new development would sit within its landscape setting. The planning application is currently under consideration.
