Property CGI for Boutique Apartments in Sunningdale

Charles Roberts Studios was commissioned to produce exterior and interior property CGI for a boutique development of nine apartments in Sunningdale, to support its off-plan marketing.

The exterior CGI shows the building's approach and elevations, with attention to landscaping, materials and lighting so the development sits comfortably within its surroundings while still reading clearly as a new building.

The interior CGI covers the living spaces, kitchens and bedrooms, developed from the architectural drawings and interior specification to show the proportions, light and finishes of the apartments ahead of completion.

Together, the exterior and interior imagery were produced to give buyers a clear view of the finished development, for use across brochures, the development's website and other off-plan marketing material.
