Charles Roberts Studios produced property CGI and a casebound property brochure for a new barn conversion in Berkshire. The barn is one of a small range of restored buildings that originally formed part of The Model Farm, built by Lord Astor of the Cliveden Estate.

The barn is a listed building, approached along a tree-lined drive that runs through meadows, which gives the setting a remote, rural feel. The property CGI was produced to market the barn. It was emailed to a prospective buyer in New Zealand, who agreed to purchase the barn the following day.

The casebound brochure presents the barn's features alongside the history of The Model Farm, so the buildings' background sits next to the details of the home itself.
