Charles Roberts Studios is thrilled to announce that one of their client's projects has successfully sold off-plan (STC) in Dulwich Village. As part of the property's marketing collateral, our team created several computer-generated images (CGIs), a CRS Reveal planning slider, and a luxurious property brochure.
The project consisted of four exceptional new-build family homes, each located on one of the most sought-after roads in Dulwich Village. The project was marketed by the esteemed real estate agency Knight Frank, with each home on the market for £3.25m.
Our team at Charles Roberts Studios worked tirelessly to create stunning CGIs that showcased the properties in their best light. We used the latest 3D modelling techniques to make realistic and accurate representations of the homes, complete with intricate details and high-quality textures. Designed to give potential buyers a clear idea of what the finished properties would look like, the CGIs help them to visualise their future homes.
In addition to the CGIs, we also created a CRS Reveal planning slider. This innovative tool allowed buyers to explore the properties in more detail, giving them a virtual tour of the homes' interiors. The CRS Reveal planning slider was a crucial part of the marketing campaign, providing an interactive and engaging way for potential buyers to experience the properties.
To round out the marketing collateral, we produced a luxurious property brochure that showcased the properties' key features and benefits. Charles Roberts Studios designed the brochure to be visually stunning, with high-quality images and attention-grabbing copy highlighting the properties' unique selling points.
We're incredibly proud of our work on this project and thrilled that it has resulted in a successful sale. At Charles Roberts Studios, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results for our clients, and this project is a testament to our commitment to excellence.
In conclusion, we'd like to congratulate our client on this fantastic achievement, and we look forward to working with them again soon. You can see the full portfolio of work we produced for this project by clicking here.
