Charles Roberts Studios has recently completed an awe-inspiring project involving the creation of property CGIs and an animated film for a proposed coastal home located in one of the most beautiful riverside locations in the UK. The property boasts unparalleled water views and is surrounded by private grounds spanning 12 acres. The project was a collaborative effort with ADAM Architecture, who provided planning consent to replace the majority of existing buildings on the site.

The proposed 'butterfly' plan main house, spanning 10,000 sqft, will be the centrepiece of this magnificent estate. The design was meticulously crafted to ensure that every detail was considered. In addition to the main house, a guest house will be included, forming one side of the walled garden, creating a private and exclusive environment. The estate will also feature further guest and staff cottages within the grounds, providing ample accommodation for visitors and workers.
