Charles Roberts Studios recently had the opportunity to work on a remarkable project involving the restoration of Benham Park, a stately home of national importance in Berkshire, UK. The project involved creating a series of 3D visualisations that helped prospective purchasers visualise how the house and grounds would look after the renovation and conversion from offices to residential use.
Our team approached the task of creating 3D visualisations of Benham Park with meticulous attention to detail. The team used a combination of architectural plans, photographs, and historical references to create 3D visualisations that were precise and accurate. We worked closely with the client and classicist architect John Simpson to ensure that the visualisations accurately reflected the client's vision for the property.
Apart from creating 3D visualisations of the house's exterior, our team also created a set of interior 3D visualisations to showcase the potential of the principal rooms. The visualisations were not generic; they were custom-made to reflect the client's specific design requirements and expectations.
The 3D visualisations created by our team proved to be an invaluable tool for the client's marketing efforts. They helped the client showcase Benham Park's potential to prospective purchasers, allowing clients to gain a realistic view of how the house and grounds would look after the restoration.
Furthermore, the 3D visualisations allowed the client to make informed decisions about the restoration process. They allowed the client to see how different design elements would look in the finished product and make necessary changes as required.
The Benham Park project was an excellent example of how 3D visualisations can help clients visualise the potential of a property. At Charles Roberts Studios, we take pride in our attention to detail and expertise in 3D visualisation, ensuring that the final product is accurate, detailed and realistic.
